Research Alkaline foods online to determine which foods to eat. An Alkaline food chart is especially helpful. Basically, eat dark leafy greens: which I eat raw, but you can also blend and create juices, Wild Caught Omega-3 proteins and grass-fed meats. Remove all seed oils from your diet and replace with avocado and olive oil. This is a life-style change that will reduce inflammation. I personally have started eating a stalk of celery a week which lowers inflammation, reduces cholesterol, helps with high blood pressure and weight loss and aids in fighting infections! Stay away from sugar and refined processed carbohydrates because they usually inflame your system. Eat Green to Stay Clean!
